摘要
目的了解护理实习生对胰岛素笔规范注射的认识,为临床进一步开展胰岛素注射培训提供依据。方法于2017年5-10月选择到内分泌科实习生58名,入科时统一培训胰岛素笔规范注射和讲解胰岛素相关知识,出科前进行胰岛素笔注射操作和理论知识考核,并对收集到的数据进行统计分析。结果实习生胰岛素笔注射执行情况欠规范、胰岛素相关知识掌握较理想。结论加强临床操作管理,完善胰岛素笔的规范注射。
Objective To know the awareness of standardized injection status of insulin pen of nursing interns thus providing basis for the further development of insulin injection training. Methods 58 interns in the department of endocrinology from May to October 2017 were selected, and the standardized injection of insulin pen and insulin related knowledge at admission were trained uniformly, and the patients were for insulin pen injection operation and theoretical knowledge examination, and the collected data were counted. Results The trainee insulin pen injection execution is not stanclard,the knowledge of insulin related knowledge is better. Conclusion Strengthen the management of clinical operation and improve the stardard iniection of insulin pen.
