摘要
临床护理带教是对护生学习能力的全面培养,是护生由学校走向社会的重要过渡阶段。做好临床护理带教,带教老师必须以身作则,言传身教,加强岗前培训,增强护生的慎独意识;加强护生的综合素质培养,为护生将来从事临床护理工作打下扎实的基础。
Clinical nursing teaching is an important stage for nurse students,it could improved students＇ abblity of study. The clinical teacher must set a good example with their own conduct and teacher by precept amd example;in order to lay a foundation for student, the teacher must enhanced training,prudent knowleage and comprehensive quality of probationer before they head for clinical work.
