摘要
肛缘水肿是肛管直肠手术后的常见并发症,在痔术后尤为多见,其发生率高达10%～40%。在临床上,这一问题很难避免,所以痔术后肛缘水肿得到及时而有效的治疗方法是临床医生们亟需思考的问题。本文分别从中西医两方面阐释痔术后肛缘水肿的原因,并总结相关的中西医治疗进展。
Anal edema is a common complication after anorectal surgery,and it is especially common after hemorrhoid surgery,the incidence rate is as high as 10%to 40%.In clinical practice,this problem is difficult to avoid,so timely and effective treatment of anal edema after hemorrhoid surgery is an urgent problem that clinicians need to think about.This article will explain the causes of anal edema after hemorrhoid surgery from aspects of Chinese and western medicine,and summarize the relevant progress of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of anal edema after hemorrhoid surgery.
