摘要
对于褥疮的治疗一直以来都是各个医院及科室的难题,是长期卧床患者的常见并发症,严重影响患者的生存质量。该文概述近年来褥疮中西医治疗的近况,包括中医汤药、洗剂、油膏及西医口服用药、注射用药、营养支持、外科手术,负压封闭引流等,笔者认为单纯的中医或西医治疗褥疮都有其局限性,中西医结合外治褥疮有鲜明的特色和优势,对于褥疮各分型或时期都有更加明显的治疗效果,并有效阻止褥疮的进一步加重,患者既减少了痛苦又减少了风险,也让家属减少了经济上的负担,是一种值得推广的治疗方法。近年来随着对于褥疮治疗的深入研究,全国各地医师对于褥疮有着不同的治疗方法以及新的治疗思路,本文对全国各地褥疮的治法进行总结并作一综述,旨在为褥疮治疗提供参考以及新的思路。
The treatment of bedsores has always been a problem in various hospitals and departments.It is a common complication of long-term bedridden patients,and affects the quality of life of patients seriously.This article summarizes the recent developments in the treatment of bedsores in Chinese and Western medicine in recent years,including traditional Chinese medicine decoctions,lotions,ointments and Western medicine oral medications,injections,nutritional support,surgical operations,negative pressure closed drainage,etc.The author believes that the treatment of bedsore with traditional Chinese medicine or Western medicine alone has its limitations.The external treatment of bedsores with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine has distinct characteristics and advantages.It has more obvious therapeutic effects for each type or period of bedsores,and effectively prevents the further aggravation of bedsores.Patients not only reduce the pain and risk,b ut also reduce the economic burden on their families.It is a treatment method worth promoting.In recent years,with the in-depth research on the treatment of bedsores,doctors all over the country have different treatment methods and new treatment ideas for bedsores.This article summarizes treatment methods of bedsore all over the country,and aims to provide references and new id eas for the treatment of bedsores.
