摘要
目的 观察复方大黄膏联合氦氖激光照射治疗混合痔术后肛缘水肿与疼痛的疗效.方法 自2016年10月至2018年1月82例混合痔术后肛缘水肿与疼痛患者,随机分成为治疗组和对照组,每组各41例.对照组给予氦氖激光照射治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上配合复方大黄膏治疗.对比两组患者临床疗效、肛缘水肿体积积分、肛缘疼痛积分、肛缘水肿消退时间、疼痛缓解时间、创面愈合时间及不良反应发生率.结果 治疗组总有效率100.00%显著高于对照组的90.24%(P<0.05);治疗后肛缘水肿体积积分及肛缘疼痛积分与治疗前相比均明显下降(P<0.05),且组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组肛缘水肿消退时间、疼痛缓解时间、创面愈合时间明显比对照组短(P<0.05),两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 复方大黄膏联合氦氖激光照射治疗混合痔术后肛缘水肿与疼痛,临床疗效确切,可显著缓解患者混合痔术后肛缘水肿与疼痛,且安全性较高.
Objective To observe the curative effect of Compound Rhubarb Ointment combined with He-Ne laser irradiation on anal rim edema and pain after mixed hemorrhoids operation.Methods 82 cases of patients with anal rim edema and pain after mixed hemorrhoids operation treated in our hospital from October 2016 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with He-Ne laser irradiation,and the treatment group was treated with Compound Rhubarb Ointment on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,anal rim edema volume integral,anal rim pain integral,the anal rim edema regression time,pain relief time and wound healing time and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 90.24%of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the anal rim edema volume integral and anal rim pain integral were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the anal rim edema regression time,pain relief time and wound healing time in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compound Rhubarb Ointment combined with He-Ne laser irradiation in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids postoperative anal rim edema and pain,the clinical curative effect is exact,it can significantly relieve the edema and pain of anal rim after mixed hemorrhoids operation,and the safety is high.
