摘要
目的:观察消肿化痔汤治疗混合痔术后肛缘水肿的临床疗效。方法:选取80例混合痔术后肛缘水肿患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组使用草木犀流浸液片选取治疗,观察组使用消肿化痔汤进行治疗。观察比较两组的临床效果。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率为95%,对照组的治疗总有效率为72.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率方面,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:使用消肿化痔汤治疗混合痔术后肛缘水肿效果显著,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To discuss the effect of Xiaozhonghuazhi decoction on improving mixed anal margin edema. Methods Selected 80 cases of anal margin edema after mixed hemorrhoid surgery for obserration object, and randomly divided in to control gronp and observation group with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with oxyrhachis oral liquid, the treatment group was treated with Xiaozhonghua zhi decoction. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 95 % , in the control group, the total effective rate was 72.5 % （ P 〈 0.05 ） , there was significant difference. Conclusion Treatment effect of Xiaozhonghuazhi decoction is remarkable, it is worthy to promote in clinical use.
