摘要
我国高校在读学生与毕业人数持续增长,社会的发展对人才的要求也在不断提高,就业竞争压力逐渐增长,大学生作为高校职业生涯规划的主体,要树立主动学习的意识,积极规划自己的未来。高校中大学生职业发展与就业指导课程中的职业生涯规划就是为了提高大学生对未来的规划能力而组织开展的一项课程。文章以职业生涯规划为主题展开分析,阐述了职业生涯规划在大学生职业发展与就业指导中的重要性,分析了职业生涯规划现有的问题以及原因,最后总结了职业生涯规划在大学生职业发展与就业指导中的具体应用,旨在为学生树立就业目标,并时刻做好进入工作岗位的准备。
The number of college students and graduates in China continues to grow, the social development of talent requirements are constantly improving, the pressure of employment competition is gradually increasing, and college students, as the main body of college career planning, should establish the awareness of active learning, actively plan their own future. The career planning in the course of career development and employment guidance for college students is a course organized to improve the ability of college students to plan for the future. Taking career planning for theme analysis, this paper expounds the importance of the career planning in college students’ career development and employment guidance, and analyzes the existing problems and the reasons of them, finally summarizes the application of the career planning in college students’ career development and employment guidance, to set up employment goals for students, and make them ready to enter the work time.
