摘要
本文旨在对高职就业指导教育模式进行研究,力求梳理出哪些内容、哪些方法能够有助于高职生在职业生涯中有效地进行自我考察、角色鉴定和职业探索,完成第一份工作的选择,并实现初步就业。以期能为高职院校就业指导课程体系建设提供借鉴。
This paper researches on the education mode of higher vocational employment guidance, trying to sort out the contents and methods that can help higher vocational college students ef-fectively carry out self-inspection, role identification and occu-pation exploration for occupation career, so as to complete the first job choice,and achieve initial employment. The writers hope to provide some references for the construction of employment guidance curriculum system in higher vocational colleges.
