摘要
随着我国社会主义市场经济的不断深入发展,社会对于应用技术型人才的需求不断增大,国家相关的教育政策明确要求应加快应用技术型高校师资队伍的建设。简要分析基于核心素养培养的应用技术型高校"双师型"教师的基本内涵以及存在的问题,并基于核心素养培养的应用技术型高校"双师型"教师队伍构建的基本原则及途径进行探讨,旨在促进我国应用技术高校"双师型"教师队伍的建设发展,切实提高我国的高等教育教学质量,为社会经济的建设发展培养更多优秀的人才。
With the continuous development of our country's socialist market economy,the demand for applied technology-based talents in the society is increasing.The relevant national education policies clearly require that the construction of applied technology-based colleges and universities should be accelerated.This paper briefly analyzes the basic connotation and existing problems of the construction of dual-qualified teachers in applied technology-based universities based on core literacy training.Based on the core literacy training,the basic principles and ways of constructing the double-qualified teacher team in applied technology-based colleges and universities are discussed in order to promote the construction and development of the dual-qualified teacher team in applied technology universities in China,effectively improve the quality of higher education in China and train more outstanding talents for the economic and social development.
