摘要
学习与借鉴教育发达国家经验是中国医学教育持续发展的一条重要途径。近些年来,随着经济的起飞,中国医学检验教育也得到了快速发展。特别是2012年,中国医学检验教育进行了一次彻底的改革,将实行了几十年的医学检验医学学士转变为医学检验技术理学学士。迄今为止,高校教师和学生还未完全适应从医学教育向技术教育的转变。加拿大全国的医学检验技术专业由加拿大医学检验学会对其进行规范化管理,一直处于世界领先地位。文章通过介绍加拿大医学检验技术专业的课程设置、教学特点和检验技师的资格准入,为国内开设医学检验技术专业的高校提供借鉴。
Learning from the developed countries is an important way for the development of medical education in China. In recent years, with the economic development,China’s medical laboratory education has also been rapid development. Especially in 2012, a thorough reform of medical laboratory education was carried out, which transformed the bachelor of medicine in medical laboratory into the science of medical laboratory technology. So far, the teachers and students have not fully adapted to the change from medical education to technical education. Canada is in the leading position in the field of medical laboratory education. The Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science manage the universities offering medical laboratory technology program. In the paper, the curriculum, teaching characteristics and the qualification of medical laboratory technologist in Canada are discussed,which can provide reference for the universities offering the program of medical laboratory technology in China.
