摘要
目的探讨影响护理硕士研究生科研能力的主要因素。方法采取问卷调查法对198名护理硕士研究生进行调查,分析影响其科研能力的相关因素。结果年级、科研动机、成就动机、自我控制与自我效能对科研能力有直接影响,模型变量可以解释科研能力总变异的47.0%。年级、自我控制与成就动机对科研能力有间接影响,自我效能是影响科研能力的中介变量。年级与自我效能对护理硕士研究生科研能力影响较大(总效应系数分别为0.46、0.43)。结论护理教育者与护理硕士研究生导师应根据不同年级学生的特征、学习动机水平与自我效能水平,实施个体化、针对性的科研能力培养措施。
Objective To explore the factors of predicting research capacity for nursing master students.Methods Data were collected among 198 nursing master students using self-report questionnaires to analyzed the related factors that affect their scientific research ability.Results Grade,self-control,achievement motivation,research motivation and self-efficacy were all directly associated with research capacity by structural equation model analysis,and these variables explained 47.0%of the total variance.Grade,self-control and achievement motivation had brief influence on scientific research ability.Self-efficacy was regarded as mediators in predicting research capacity of nursing master students.Grade and self-efficacy showed a strong predictive role in research capacity(the total effect coefficients was 0.46,0.43,respectively).Conclusion Nursing educators and supervisors can take effective measures to improve research capacity of nursing master students based on students′characteristic,motivation and self-efficacy.
