摘要 目的探讨迷你临床演练评估在护理硕士专业学位研究生临床能力考核中的应用效果。方法采用迷你临床演练评估对2015级和2016级12名护理硕士专业学位研究生在临床轮转出科考核与中期考核中所表现的临床能力进行评价,并调查学生与考核教师对于该考核方式的满意度。结果学生临床能力总均分为(6.56±1.76)分,其中38次(52.8%)考核为基本符合要求,其余34次(47.2%)为表现优秀;考核教师对考核满意度为(7.23±1.51)分,学生对考核满意度评价为(7.45±2.03)分。结论迷你临床演练评估适用于对护理硕士专业学位研究生的临床能力考核,并得到学生和考核教师的认可,但是学生在体格检查方面的能力有待提高,应在临床教学中加强学生体格检查方面能力的培养。 Objective To evaluate effects of the mini-clinical evaluation exercise (Mini-CEX)on clinical competence of master of nursing specialist.Methods The Mini-CEX tool was used to evaluate the clinical competence of 12 nursing graduate students of grade 2015 and 2016 in the clinical rotation examination and mid-term examination.Students and examiners were investigated for their satisfaction with the tool.Results The average score of nursing students'clinical competence was 6.56±1.76.Thirty eight (52.8%)examinations were qualified and 34 (47.2%)were excellent.The average scores of satisfaction of nursing students and teachers were 7.23±1.51 and 7.45±2.03 respectively.Conclusion Mini-CEX can evaluate the clinical competence of nursing students comprehensively and is accepted by students and teachers.Students perform poorly in physical examination and further measures should be taken to strengthen ,it.
