摘要
目的探讨NOB1在宫颈癌及癌前病变中的表达及其与高危型HPV(HR-HPV)感染的关系。方法 2014年8月至2017年10月我院收治的114例宫颈病变患者的组织标本纳入研究,其中53例为宫颈癌、42例为宫颈上皮内瘤变、19例为慢性宫颈炎,对标本中NOB1的表达和HR-HPV的感染情况进行了回顾分析。结果宫颈癌组织HR-HPV阳性率(83.0%)显著高于宫颈上皮内瘤变(46.5%)和慢性宫颈炎(26.3%),3组之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);随着宫颈癌病变的不断恶化,HR-HPV DNA的负荷量逐渐增加(Z=13.35);宫颈癌NOB1蛋白质阳性表达率(73.6%)显著高于宫颈上皮内瘤变(35.7%)和慢性宫颈炎(10.5%),3组之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);HR-HPV感染阳性率与宫颈癌各临床病理参数均无明显相关(P>0.05),有淋巴结转移组NOB1蛋白质表达阳性率低于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05),NOB1表达与淋巴结转移负相关,与分化程度正相关;宫颈癌NOB1表达与HR-HPV DNA负荷量具有显著的正相关特征(r=0.457,P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌组织中NOB1的过度表达与HR-HPV感染相关,两者共同参与了宫颈癌的发生发展过程。
Objective To explore NOB1 expression in cervical cancer and precancerous lesion and its correlation with high-risk HPV(HR-HPV)infection.Methods We retrospectively analyzed NOB1 expression level and HR-HPV infection in 114 cases of cervical lesion specimens from August 2014 to October 2017 in the 105 th Hospital of PLA,including 53 cervical cancer cases,42 cervical intraepithelial neoplasia cases and 19 chronic cervicitis cases.Results The positive rate of HR-HPV in cervical cancer tissues(83.0%)was significantly higher than that in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(46.5%)and chronic cervicitis(26.3%).The difference among the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).With the deterioration of cervical cancer lesions,HR-HPV DNA load gradually increased(Z=13.35).The positive protein expression rate of NOB1 in cervical cancer(73.6%)was significantly higher than that in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(35.7%)and chronic cervicitis(10.5%).The difference among the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).HR-HPV infection positive rate has no obvious relation with cervical cancer clinical pathological parameters(P>0.05),and the positive protein expression rate of NOB1 in lymph node metastasis group was lower than that in the group without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Thus,the expression of NOB1 was negatively related with lymph node metastasis,and is associated with the degree of differentiation.The expression of NOB1 in cervical cancer has significant positive correlation with HR-HPV DNA load(r=0.457,P<0.05).Conclusions The excessive expression of NOB1 in cervical cancer is related to HR-HPV infection,and these two factors are involved in the development of cervical cancer.
