摘要
目的:探讨NOB1在宫颈癌及癌前病变中表达及其与高危型HPV感染的关系。方法:应用免疫组化EnVision法检测90例宫颈癌、76例宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)及30例慢性宫颈炎组织中NOB1表达水平,同时于术前采用第二代基因杂交捕获法(HC-Ⅱ)检测患者高危型HPV(HR-HPV)感染情况。结果:NOB1在慢性宫颈炎、宫颈CIN和宫颈癌中阳性表达率均逐渐升高,差异有显著性(P<0.05);NOB1与宫颈癌的组织学分级及淋巴结是否转移有关(P<0.05);HR-HPV在宫颈癌中感染阳性率均高于宫颈CIN和慢性宫颈炎(P<0.05);NOB1过表达与HR-HPV感染呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:宫颈癌中NOB1表达上调可能和HR-HPV感染有关,在宫颈癌的发生发展过程中起协调作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of NOB1 in cervical carcinoma and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and its relationship with HR-HPV infection. Methods The expressions of NOB1 in 90 cases of cervical carcinoma, 76 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia anti 30 cases of chronic cervicitis were detected by immunohistochemical En Vision method, and HR-HPV infection was detected by HC- Ⅱ(hybrid capture Ⅱ ) before operation. Results The positive rates of NOBI were inc, reased from chronic cervicitis, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia to cervical carcinoma (P 〈 0.05). The expression of NOB1 was related to the histological grading and lymph node metastasis of cervical carcinoma (P 〈 0.05). The positive rate of HR-HPV infection in cervical can:inoma were higher than those in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and chronic cervicitis (P 〈 0.05). The over-expression of NOB1 was positively correlated with HR-HPV infection (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions The over- expression of NOB1 might be correlated with HR-HPV infection in cervical carcinoma, and may play a synergistic effect during the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.
