摘要
目的分析不同病期COPD患者的免疫功能情况,以指导临床决策。方法严格纳入80例受试者,其中COPD患者和健康志愿者各40例,分别采集COPD患者急性发作期和缓解期、健康志愿者T细胞亚群细胞和免疫球蛋白的数值,并使用SPSS20.0软件进行统计学分析。结果1与对照组相比较,COPD患者的CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+、NK细胞、IgG、IgA和IgM数值均降低,CD8^+升高(P均<0.05);2与缓解期组比较,COPD患者急性发作期CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+、NK细胞和免疫球蛋白数值均降低,CD8^+升高(P均<0.05)。结论无论COPD患者处于急性发作期还是缓解期,其免疫功能均下降,急性发作期尤为明显,临床应予以重视,定期检测相关指标的变化,以指导临床。
Objective To analyze the immune function of COPD patients in different stage of disease in order to guide clinical decision making.Methods Strict inclusion of 80 cases of subjects,which COPD patients and healthy volunteers with 40 cases in each were collected in COPD patients with acute exacerbation and remission stage,healthy volunteers T cell subpopulation cells and immunoglobulin protein numerical,and the use of spss20.0software was used for statistical analysis.Results 1 Compared with the control group,the COPD patients＇ CD4^＋ ,CD4^＋ /CD8^＋ ,NK,IgG,IgA,IgM and CD3^＋ values decreased,CD8^＋ increased（〈0.05P）with;2Compared with remission group,the acute exacerbation COPD patients＇ CD4^＋ ,CD4^＋ /CD8^＋ ,NK,and immune globulin of CD3^＋ were all decreased,and CD8^＋ was increased（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Whether COPD patients in acute exacerbation or remission period,their immune function decreased,the acute attack period is particularly obvious,we should be paid attention to the change of relevant indicators,in order to guide clinical.
