应力加载系统在细胞力学研究与教学中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 细胞作为人体结构和功能的基本组成单位,在机体中受到各种形式的力学刺激。体外培养细胞的应力加载技术和装置是细胞力学研究的重要基础和手段。对牵张应力加载系统在心血管疾病、创伤修复、干细胞分化等生物医学工程领域的应用进行了介绍。牵张应力加载系统可以模拟心脏、血管、韧带、肌肉、骨骼、肺等细胞所处的力学环境,采用基底应变加载技术对体外培养细胞实现静态或周期性的力学刺激,从而引起细胞产生生化反应应答。为适应重点实验室开放和高校实验教学改革的需求,将该系统用于实验教学,取得了良好的教学效果,为培养和提升学生的科研实践能力和创新能力提供了重要平台。 As the basic unit of human structure and function,cells are subjected to amplitude mechanical stimulation in the body.Loading techniques and devices based on substrate-tension to in vitro cultured cells are the important basis and method of cellular mechanics research.Applications of mechanical tension loading system in the fields of cardiovascular diseases,trauma care,stem cell differentiation etc.are introduced in this paper.Mechanical tension loading system could simulate the mechanical environment where cells are located,which are from heart,vascular vessels,ligament,bone,lung etc.The system applies static or cyclic deformation to cells,and induce biochemical changes in response to mechanical tension.Besides,in order to meet the needs of the opening of key laboratories and the reform of experimental teaching in colleges and universities,the system was applied in the experimental teaching,which obtained favorable teaching effects and provided an important platform for training and promoting students scientific research practice ability and innovation ability.
