储气库井环空带压相对风险评估 被引量:8

摘要 结合某储气库现场实际,基于一定失效可能性和失效后果,选取腐蚀度、A环空压力、无阻流量和到设施的距离4个注采井失效的关键影响因素,建立储气库注采井相对风险评估模型。利用该模型,对76口注采井选取相同的时间节点,计算各井的相对风险值并进行风险排序,选取合适的风险概率值,优选出急需管理和维护的高风险注采井。研究表明,注采过程中,采气初期的相对风险值明显高于其它三个阶段,且注气中期>注气初期>采气末期;选取95%的风险概率值,有4口注采井处于高风险状态;改变风险概率取值,可以得到需要进行重点维护和管理的注采井。 A relative risk assessment model has been established by combing the actual gas storage site and by selecting four key factors,corrosion degree,“A”annular pressure,absolute open flow rate and distance to the facilities,based on the certain probability of failure and the failure consequence.By this model,the relative risk values of 76 injection and production wells have been calculated at the same time node,then the highest-risk wells are chosen for urgent management and maintenance.Studies have been shown that,(1)in the process of injection and production,the relative risk value at the initial gas production stage is obviously higher than the other three stages;(2)selecting risk probability at 95%,four injection and production wells are classified as high risk;(3)changing the values of risk probability,wells in need of the management and maintenance can be known.
