摘要
针对大庆油田徐深气田高温高压气井、深井超深井、含腐蚀性气体(CO_(2)、H_(2)S)的气井越来越多,以及气井在生产过程中存在的环空带压、腐蚀等风险及钻井、完井、压裂、投产作业难度和风险越来越大的问题,开展了徐深气田环空带压气井安全生产风险等级评估与应用。通过气井风险诊断与控制技术的研究,采用环空带压气井安全评估、管柱剩余强度安全评估、气井风险等级划分及管理办法,综合评价并确定气井风险等级。通过对35口气井进行安全生产风险等级评估的现场应用,确定了8口高风险气井、9口中风险气井和18口低风险气井可能的带压路径。通过该方法明确了气井环空带压风险程度,实现了风险可控,保障了环空带压气井的安全生产。
With the increasing number of HTHP gas wells,deep wells or ultra-deep wells and corrosive gas wells(CO_(2)、H_(2)S)drilled in Xushen gas field of Daqing Oilfield,the risk existed in the process of production,including the pressure in annulus and corrosion,and the difficulties in drilling,completion,fracturing and production became more and more serious.Therefore,the evaluation and application of safety production risk level for gas wells with pressure in annulus have been conducted in Xushen gas field.By studying the risk diagnosis and control technology for gas wells,the risk level of gas wells has been comprehensively determined by adopting the safety evaluation of pressure in annulus,residual strength of pipe string,classification and management of gas well risk.Through the field application of safety production risk level assessment in 35 gas wells,the possible pressure path of gas wells was determined,including 8 wells with high risk,9 wells with middle risk and 18 wells with low risk.The method can determine the risk degree of gas wells with annular pressure,so as to control the risk and keep the safety production for gas wells with pressure in annulus.
