摘要
含硫气井的环空带压过高会造成井下油管、套管、封隔器超压或挤毁失效,含H2S的气体还会造成井口套管及套管头腐蚀,降低气井生产安全系数,增大事故隐患。文中针对油管、套管、封隔器的承压强度,借鉴API RP90《海上油气井环空套压管理》,对环空气压来源进行了分析,探索了气井的环空压力许可值理论计算方法,指出套管高压异常井应采取环空卸压和环空保护液灌注等措施,使环空压力和环空保护液的pH值均在受控范围之内,以此指导高含硫气井服役期间的安全管理。该方法已经在普光气田进行了推广应用,对于环空压力异常井的安全管理具有重要意义。
If the annular casing pressure of sour gas well is too high, the tubing, casing and packers will be over pressured or collapsed. Gas with H2S will result in the corrosion failure of wellhead casing and casing head. So the safety faetor of gas pruduction will be redt, ced and the risk of accidents will be inereased. Aimed at the rated pressure of tubing, casing and packers and based on "API RP90 Annular Casing Pressure Management for Offshore Wells", this paper analyzed the source of annular casing pressure and explored the theoretical calculation method of permissible values for annular casing pressure of gas well. It pointed out that in order to guild the safety management of sour gas well, the safety measures of annular pressure relief and protective solution injection for the abnormal high annular casing pressure well should be taken to make the annular casing pressure and the pH of the annular casing protective solution be in the controllable range. This method was widely used in the safety management of Puguang (;as Field, which has very impurtant significance for the safety management of wells with abnormal annular casing pressure.
