摘要
通过比较高压长输钢质油气管道与城市中、低压燃气管道的区别,借鉴高压长输钢质油气管道的肯特风险评价法,探讨适合城市中、低压燃气管道的肯特风险评价方法。介绍肯特风险评价法的优点和基本步骤,结合专家评分,通过肯特风险评价法计算得到城市中、低压燃气管道的相对风险值。将管道的相对风险值与各风险等级取值范围比对,从而判断管道的风险评价等级。结合实例进行探讨。
By comparing the difference between the high-pressure long-distance steel oil and gas pipeline and the city medium and low-pressure gas pipeline,the Kent risk assessment method suitable for city medium and low-pressure gas pipelines is discussed based on the Kent risk assessment method of high-pressure long-distance steel oil and gas pipelines. The advantages and basic steps of Kent risk assessment method are introduced. Combined with the expert scores,the relative risk value of city medium and low-pressure gas pipelines is calculated by Kent risk assessment method. The relative risk value of the pipeline is compared with the value range of each risk grade to determine the risk assessment grade of the pipeline. Discussion is performed with examples.
