摘要
针对储气库注采井环空带压无明确风险分级问题,统计分析了国内外储气库注采井环空带压规律,结合国内外环空压力管理规定和正常生产温度/压力效应引起环空压力计算结果,参考API RP 90-2、ISO 16530-1等标准,给出了基于储气库注采井环空压力的风险分级,建立了环空压力管理图版。把环空压力所带来的风险分为低、中、高和极高风险4个级别,并给出了不同风险级别应该采取的措施。即低风险/中风险是可以接受的,但压力接近中风险上限时应该进行压力卸放/恢复测试,确定环空带压原因;高风险时应进行井筒完整性技术检测、评价;禁止储气库注采井环空压力进入极高风险状态。该风险分级和管控程序使储气库注采井管理者把管理重点放在少数高风险井中,减少了日常工作量,提高了工作效率。
Aiming at the problem of no definite risk classification of sustained annular pressure(SAP)in injection-production wells of underground gas storage(UGS),this paper makes a statistical analysis of SAP law of injection-production wells in UGS at home and abroad.According to the annular pressure management regulations at home and abroad and the calculation results of annular pressure buildup caused by normal production temperature/pressure effect,referring to API RP 90-2,ISO 16530-1 and other standards,the risk classification of SAP based on UGS injection-production wells is given and the SAP management chart is established..The risks brought by SAP are divided into four levels:low risk,medium risk,high risk and extremely high risk.The measures to be taken in different risk levels are given.That is to say,low risk/medium risk is acceptable,but when SAP is close to the upper limit of medium risk,build-up/bleed-off test should be carried out to determine the cause of SAP.Wellbore integrity technology should be tested and evaluated at high risk.SAP of injection-production wells in UGS should be prohibited from entering extremely high risk state.This risk classification and control procedure enable the managers of injection-production wells in UGS to focus on a few high-risk wells,which reduce the daily workload and improve the work efficiency.
