摘要
页岩气开发越来越受到重视,国内页岩气已投产井环空带压现象严重,影响了页岩气井安全高效开采。根据气井环空带压形成原因,结合页岩气井施工工艺,分析了页岩气井环空带压防治难点,主要包括套管密封失效处理难度大、长水平段油基钻井液钻进固井质量难保证、固井后施工作业对水泥环和套管外加载荷复杂。由于页岩气井开发工艺的特殊性,若页岩气井采用常规油气井环空带压预防和控制技术,其不足之处主要是套管密封失效处理后承压能力不高、常规清洗液对油基钻井液清洗效率低、水泥石韧性不能满足压裂要求。针对页岩气井环空带压防治难点和常规防治方法在页岩气井的适用性,提出从套管密封失效修复、提高油基钻井液钻进水平井封固质量、水泥环完整性破坏后修复三个方面对环空带压进行防治,并提出了相应的技术措施和建议,为页岩气井环空带压的防治提供技术参考与指导。
More and more attention has been paid to shale gas exploitation, the phenomenon of sustained casing pressure is serious among the shale gas production wells.It has an effect on the safe and effective development of shale gas wells.According to the causes of sustained casing pressure and operation processes of shale gas wells, the difficulties of SCP prevention and management in shale gas wells have been analyzed, including casing seal failure, poor cementing quality in OBM drilled long horizontal sections, and complex external loads exerted on cement sheath and casing.But for managing sustained casing pressure, the technology of conventional oil and gas well can be used for reference.For the prevention of sustained casing pressure in shale gas wells, measures in three aspects are put forward,including to recover the casing seal, improve the cementing quality of OBM drilled long horizontal section, cement sheath integrity recovery.This can provide technical guidance and reference for preventing and managing sustained casing pressure in shale gas wells.
