摘要
以笼型实心转子屏蔽感应电机(CSRIM)二维多层电磁场模型为基础,首先将电机转子侧等效电路按照不同媒质、不同结构分为多个并联支路,对各支路的等效电路参数进行电磁场解析求解;其次,利用磁路解析法对各个支路之间的耦合互感进行详细的解析推导,以评估各支路间的耦合情况;然后,对各支路阻抗及互感抗参数进行分析对比,以期简化得到适用于CSRIM正常负载工况下运行性能计算的实用等效电路;最后,将分析所得的实用等效电路及其参数应用于一台模拟样机性能分析。
Equivalent impedances of each branch of rotor circuit are deduced based on the 2Dmultilayer electromagnetic canned solid-rotor induction motor(CSRIM)model in this paper.Then,mutual leakage inductances of each branch will be calculated by equivalent magnetic circuit method,to evaluate their impact on performance.The practical equivalent circuit of CSRIM suitable for performance computing of motor in normal load range,will be proposed by reasonable simplification.Finally,the practical equivalent circuit is used on the analysis of parameters and operation performance of a model motor.
