摘要
普通斜槽电机的计算通常采用三维有限元分析方法,计算量庞大,不适合工程应用。本文阐述了基于电机电磁场软件EasiMotor利用分段斜槽技术分析斜槽电机的原理,分析了电机轴向分段方法对计算精度收敛性能的影响,并针对不同斜槽角度,分析了电机分段数对计算精度的影响。文中利用Flux 10.3对仿真结果进行验证,并基于该分段斜槽技术进行了电机的电磁场分析验证,实验结果进一步表明EasiMotor软件有限元分析的可靠性。
The rotor and stator skew for electrical machines were analysed with 3D FEM software and the calculating works are very large.The problem of skew simulation is considered in EasiMotor software — a FEM software based on multi-slices method.The simulation in Flux 10.3,and the experimental result verifies the validity of the method.The calculated accuracy brought by slice method and the slice number are also discussed in this paper.
