摘要 笼型实心转子屏蔽感应电机(CSRIM)因其运行可靠、机械性能好等优点,在核能装备及化工等屏蔽泵中具有良好的应用前景。然而,采用铁磁性转子屏蔽套的CSRIM,因大量漏磁经屏蔽套闭合,使得其转子电磁场分布更加复杂。该文将对现行的CSRIM等效电路及其参数分析方法进行综述。对复合转子形式感应电机等效电路的发展及各等效电路存在的不足进行研究,并重点对比分析等效磁路法、二维多层电磁场理论以及电磁场有限元法在CSRIM参数计算及性能分析中的优缺点。 Because of its reliable operation and good mechanical properties, the canned solid-rotor induction motor (CSRIM) has a good application prospect in shielding equipment such as nuclear equipment and chemical industry. However, for CSRIM, especially with the magnetic rotor shielded sleeve, the electromagnetic field distribution of the rotor is more complicated due to the closure of a large number of magnetic leakage. In this paper, the current method of equivalent circuit and its parameter analysis for the canned solid-rotor induction motor were discussed. The development of equivalent circuit of composite-rotor induction motor and the deficiency of each equivalent circuit were studied. Finally, this paper focused on the comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the equivalent magnetic circuit method, 2D-multilayer electromagnetic field theory and the electromagnetic field finite element method on the parameter calculation and performance analysis of the CSRIM.
