摘要
感应电机在电气行业占据重要位置,随着电磁负荷的不断增加,高压成为感应电机发展趋势,但其结构紧凑散热问题逐渐突显,为改善其温升,建立混合通风结构,结构变化又会改变电机磁场分布和性能。针对轴向通风结构电机等效为混合通风结构电机无法全面分析混合通风结构和通风槽板对电机电磁性能影响的问题,基于三维瞬态有限元法,以6000 V、4500 kW电机为例,建立混合通风结构电机和轴向通风结构电机三维有限元模型,进行对比分析,揭示混合通风结构电机定、转子磁场分布规律和气隙磁场分布特征。分析混合通风结构对电机电磁损耗的影响,计算转子通风槽板涡流损耗。最后通过实验验证混合通风结构对电机电磁性能的影响不可忽略,为以后混合通风结构电机设计和分析提供理论依据。
Induction motor occupies an important position in the electrical industry.With the continuous increase of electromagnetic load,high pressure has become the development trend of induction motor,but its compact structure and heat dissipation problem become increasingly prominent.To improve its temper-ature,mixed ventilation structure was established,but the structural change altered the magnetic field distribution the motor.To solve the problem that the axial ventilation structure motor is equivalent to the mixed ventilation structure motor,the influence of the mixed ventilation structure and the ventilation groove plate on the electromagnetic performance of the motor were not analyzed comprehensively.Based on the three-dimensional transient finite element method and taking the 6000 V and 4500 kW motors as examples,a three-dimensional finite element model of the motor with mixed ventilation structure and the motor with axial ventilation structure was established,and a comparative analysis was carried out to reveal the distribution law of fixed and rotor magnetic fields and the characteristics of gas gap magnetic fields of the motor with mixed ventilation structure.The influence of mixed ventilation structure on electromagnetic loss of motor was analyzed.Finally,the experiment verifies that the influence of the mixed ventilation structure on the electromagnetic performance of the motor cannot be ignored,which provides a theoretical basis for the design and analysis of the mixed ventilation structure motor in the future.
