摘要
屏蔽电机泵中屏蔽套为关键部件之一,起物理隔离作用,其完整性对一回路的安全运行有着重要的影响。屏蔽套安装在主泵电机内,受到交变磁场、冷却剂流场等因素的综合作用,载荷条件复杂。通过屏蔽电机内电磁场的谐波分析,得到磁感应强度分布规律和作用于屏蔽套的电磁力分布规律。结果显示,在铁芯范围内沿电机圆周方向屏蔽套所受电磁力呈周期分布,以切向力为主,且定子屏蔽套所受电磁力大于转子屏蔽套;从铁芯指向绕组端部,屏蔽套所受电磁力逐渐减小,离开铁心端面对应的轴向位置后,减小速率最大。
As one of the key parts inside canned motor,the shield functions as isolation physically,which integrity may affect operation safety of primary loop in plant.The shield is installed inside RCP,who is influenced by complex loads,such as alternating magnetic field and coolant flow field.Based on the harmonic analysis in electromagnetic field of the motor,the distribution of magnetic induction and electromagnetic force on the shield are obtained,which results show that,the electromagnetic force borne upon the shield within the iron core is distributed periodically in circumferential direction of the motor with the tangential force as main force.Meanwhile the electromagnetic force borne on the shield is larger than that on rotor shield,who shall decrease little by little starting from iron core along winding end.However,the decreasing rate shall be the maximum as departing from the axial position corresponding to iron core end.
