摘要
针对屏蔽电机核主泵屏蔽套高质量焊接要求,对厚度0.7 mm的Hastelloy C-276薄板分别进行了激光填丝焊和TIG填丝焊试验,对比了2组焊缝在成形形貌、显微组织、显微硬度等方面的异同。结果表明:激光焊焊缝较TIG焊焊缝均匀稳定、熔宽小,两者焊缝成形均无咬边、裂纹、气孔等缺陷;激光焊和TIG焊焊缝组织均以枝晶为主,由焊缝熔合线到焊缝中心依次为平面晶、柱状枝晶及等轴枝晶,但激光焊焊缝显微组织尺寸仅为TIG焊焊缝组织的50%左右;激光焊焊缝纵向显微硬度约HV282,横向显微硬度约HV290;而TIG焊焊缝纵向显微硬度约HV267,横向显微硬度约HV292。
In view of high quality welding requirements of the shielding motor nuclear main pump shielding set, the wire filling laser and TIG wire filling welding experiment was carried out respectively for the thickness of 0.7 mm Hastelloy C-276 sheet. The two groups of weld forming in morphology, microstructure and microhardness of the similarities and differences were compared. The results showed that the weld of laser welding was uniform and stable,and the weld width was small. The weld microstructure of laser welding and TIG welding were mainly dendrite, from the weld fusion line to weld center, it was planar crystal, columnar dendrite crystal and equiaxed dendrite in turn, but laser weld microstructure size was only about 50% of that of TIG weld organization. The longitudinal microhardness of laser weld was about HV282, and the transverse microhardness was about HV290. The longitudinal microhardness of TIG weld was about HV267, and the transverse microhardness was about HV292.
