摘要
将优化模拟高仿真教学引入医学生教学,评价其实施效果.采用高仿真教学的优化方案,结合问卷调查,比较2015级50名全科医学生(实验组)与2014级50名全科医学生(对照组)的教学效果.结果显示,实验组与对照组前测在量表得分上均没有明显差异(p>0.05);实验组干预后,量表总分(t=31.17,p<0.01)、寻求真相(t=10.50,p<0.01)、开放思想(t=7.00,p<0.01)、分析能力(t=6.54,p<0.01)、系统思维(t=6.00,p<0.01)、自信心(t=14.32,p<0.01)、求知欲(t=16.47,p<0.01)、认知程度(t=4.40,p<0.01)存在显著差异;追踪测量的结果:总分及量表各个维度,实验组明显高于对照组(P<0.01).优化模拟高仿真教学有利于医学生综合能力的提高.
The optimization of simulation teaching is introduced into the teaching of medical students and evaluating its implementation effect.The optimization scheme of high simulation teaching is adopted,by means of questionnaire survey,comparison of the teaching effect of 50 total medical students in grade 2015(experimental group)and class of 50 total medical students in grade 2014(control group)is carried out.There was no significant difference between the experimental group and control group before the simulationbased teaching(p>0.05).Compared to pre-test,the posttest scores of experimental group existed significant differences on the scores which students got in the total score of critical thinking(t=31.17,p<0.01)、Seek the truth(t=10.50,p<0.01)、Open mind(t=7.00,p<0.01)、Analysis ability(t=6.54,p<0.01)、Systematized ability(t=6.00,p<0.01)、Self-confidence(t=14.32,p<0.01)、Thirst for knowledge(t=16.47,p<0.01)、Cognitive maturity(t=4.40,p<0.01).Total score and dimensions of scale of the expermintal group in follow-up test are higer than those of the control group(P<0.01).Optimization of simulation teaching is beneficial to improve the comprehensive ability of medical students.
