高校教师专业发展研究之研究——基于CNKI数据库2000—2017年收录论文关键词的可视化分析 被引量:19

摘要 文章以2000—2017年CNKI收录的以高校教师专业发展为主题的2574篇文献作为研究样本,通过文献计量法,利用CiteSpace信息可视化工具进行关键词词频共现分析和关键词突变率分析,挖掘出"青年教师专业发展""教学学术""教师(教学)发展中心""美国高校教师专业发展""高校类型与大学教师专业发展"五个热点主题和"教师(教学)发展中心"一个渐强型前沿主题。21世纪以来我国高校教师专业发展研究经历了三个阶段:2000—2006年,"高校教师发展"开始引起学者关注,"高校教师发展"逐步取代"高校教师培训";2007—2010年,高校教师专业发展引起了广泛重视,研究聚焦于"外国高校教师专业发展"和"教学学术";2011—2017年,高校教师专业发展逐渐组织化,"教师(教学)发展中心"成为热点。未来相关研究呈现以下趋势:研究路径实现借鉴与内生相结合,走内源式发展道路;研究维度多元化,重视教师专业发展的多个维度和不同层面;研究内容具体化,重视课堂教学等微观问题;研究方法多元化,注重运用多学科研究与实证研究方法。 This paper takes2,574articles on the professional development of college teachers in CNKI from2000to2017as the research sample.The bibliometric method and the CiteSpace information vi-sucilization tool cire used to carry out the keyword freguency co-occurrence cincilysis cind keyword mutation rate analysis,excavating"professional development of young teachers","teaching academics","teacher(teaching)development centers","professional development of American college teachers","university types and professional development of university teachers”as five hot topics and"teacher(teaching)development centers"as a progressive frontier theme.The paper divides the research process of professional development of college teachers in China since the21sl Century into three stages:from2000to2006university teacher development"began to attract scholars7attentionuniversity teacher development"began to gradually replace"college teacher training";from2007to2010,the professional development of college teachers attracted extensive attention,and the research focused on"professional development of foreign university teachers"and"teaching academics";from2011to2017,the professional development of college teachers was gradually organized,and"teacher(teaching)development centers"was a prominent hot spot.The relevant research trends in the future are as follows:through the combination of reference and endogenous development,the study path could turn to the endogenouvS development path;research dimensions are diversified,and multiple dimensions and different levels of teacher professional development are emphasized;the research content is concrete,and microcosmic problems such as classroom teaching are emphasized;research methods are diversified,and multidisciplinary research and empirical research methods are emphasized.
