摘要
民办高校青年教师专业发展动力问题一直备受学者们的关注,有关这一问题的研究主要围绕其概念内涵、发展现状、影响因素、机制与对策五个方面。基于江西省民办高校的调查,论文从人口学变量视角对民办高校青年教师专业发展动力展开研究。实证结果表明,当前民办高校青年教师专业发展动力整体不足,且教师较为敏感的职称、平均月薪等变量对青年教师专业发展动力的影响并不显著。
Young teachers'professional development power in private colleges and universities has always attracted the attention of scholars.The research on this issue mainly focuses on five aspects:concept connotation,development status,influencing factors,mechanism and countermeasures.Based on the survey of private colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province,this paper studies the young teachers'professional development power in private colleges and universities from the perspective of demographic variables.The empirical results show that the young teachers'professional development power in private colleges and universities is insufficient as a whole,and there is no significant influence in the variables of teachers'sensitive professional titles and average monthly salary grade variables.
