摘要
高校青年教师的专业能力和业务水平,是高校加强内涵建设,提高教育教学质量的决定性因素。对高校青年教师的专业发展状态进行研究,从提升教育质量的角度来看,具有研究意义。以分析青年教师动力机制为主,对其专业动力的培养路径进行了深入研究。
The professional ability and professional level of college young teachers are the decisive factors in strengthening the connotation construction and improving the quality of education and teaching in colleges and universities. A study of the professional development status of young teachers in colleges and universities is of research significance from the perspective of improving the quality of education. This article focuses on the analysis of the young teachers motivational mechanism and conducts an in-depth study of the cultivation paths of their professional motivation.
