摘要
学校变革的动力机制是指影响学校变革发生和发展的诸动力因素及其相互作用的方式或过程。学术界对学校变革的诸动力因素进行了分类和分析,而对学校变革诸动力因素相互作用的方式或过程等深层动力机制缺乏研究。本文的研究表明:综合互动是学校变革诸动力因素相互作用的方式,差异概念化、概念文化化和文化制度化是学校变革诸动力因素相互作用的过程。
The dynamic mechanism of school change is the process of dynamic factors interacting that influence initiation and development of school change. Foreign and domestic researchers have explored the range of dynamic factors, but there are little researches on the deep dynamic mechanism which is the motivation factors＇ synergistic methods and process. Some researches reveal that the model of dynamic factors interacting is comprehensive interaction, and its process is embodied by differences conceptualization, concept culturing and culture institutionalization.
