摘要
本试验旨在研究肝脏解毒酶对肉鸡生产性能、血液指标和肝脏黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)残留的影响。选取1日龄AA肉仔鸡672只,随机分为7个处理组(A、B、C、D、E、F、G),每个处理8个重复,每个重复12只鸡。A、B、C组饲喂基础日粮+10%正常玉米,D、E、F、G组饲喂基础日粮+10%发霉玉米,B、E组以1 g/3L的比例在饮水中添加肝脏解毒酶,C、F组以1 g/5L的比例在饮水中添加肝脏解毒酶,G组以500 g/t的比例拌料加入肝脏解毒酶。试验期35 d。结果表明:发霉玉米能显著降低肉鸡前期的采食量(P<0.05),显著降低35日龄血液中的葡萄糖和白蛋白水平(P<0.05),显著增加35日龄肉鸡肝脏中的AFB1含量(P<0.05);添加解毒酶对正常玉米组的生产性能、血清生化指标和肝脏中AFB1含量均未产生显著影响(P>0.05);添加解毒酶能提高发霉玉米组的生产性能,增加21日龄的血液中血糖、总蛋白和白蛋白含量(0.05<P<0.10),显著降低肝脏中AFB1含量(P<0.05);饮水添加高剂量解毒酶(1 g/3L)的效果要好于饮水低剂量(1 g/5L)添加和拌料添加(500 g/t)。因此,当饲粮受到霉菌毒素污染或有潜在污染威胁时,推荐在肉鸡饮水中以1 g/3L的剂量添加肝脏解毒酶。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of the liver-detoxifizyme on growth performance,serum biochemical parameters and the liver Aflatoxin B1(AFB1)residues in broilers.A total of 672 one-day-old AA broilers were randomly divided into 7 treatments(A,B,C,D,E,F,G)with 8 replicates of 12 broilers.Groups of A,B and C were fed basal diet with 10%extra normal corn.Groups of D,E,F and G were fed basal diet with 10%extra moldy corn.Groups of B and E were treated with the liver-detoxifizyme in drinking water by 1g/3L.Groups of C and F were treated with the liverdetoxifizyme in drinking water by 1g/5L.Group G were fed diet supplemented with 500g/t liver-detoxifizyme.The results were as follows:①the moldy corn significantly decreased average daily feed intake at the early period(P<0.05).The changed values were found in average body weight gain(P=0.0767)and the ratio of feed to body weight gain(P=0.0519).The liver AFB1 residue was increased(0.05<P<0.10).②No significant effect was found on the detected parameters in normal corn groups with liver-detoxifizyme(P>0.05).③In moldy corn groups,liver-detoxifizyme improved growth performance and increased the serum GLU,TP and ALB levels(0.05<P<0.10);the residues of AFB1 in liver were significantly decreased by liver-detoxifizyme(P<0.05).The detoxicating effects of high dose in drinking water(1g/3L)were better than low dosage treatment(1g/5L)and diet added treatment(500g/t).In conclusion,it is recommended to add liver-detoxifizyme at a dose of 1g/3L in drinking water when the diets were contaminated with mycotoxins or have potential contamination.
