槟榔中黄曲霉毒素B_(1)检测方法研究

摘要 建立槟榔中黄曲霉毒素B_(1)的高效液相色谱的测定方法,以GB 5009.22—2016第二法为基础,优化了衍生步骤,正交优化了提取步骤的超声时间、超声温度、乙腈浓度。结果表明,低、中、高标准添加水平的加标回收率为66.2%~87.9%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为2.53%~5.93%,在1~60 ng/m L线性相关系数良好(R~2=0.999 8),定量限0.06μg/kg,检出限0.02μg/kg;该方法操作简单、时间短,准确度、精密度良好,对设备要求不高,适用于槟榔中黄曲霉毒素B_(1)的检测。 To establish a HPLC method for the determination of aflatoxin B_(1in) areca nut.Based on the second method of GB5009.22—2016,the derivatization step was optimized,and the ultrasonic time,ultrasonic temperature and acetonitrile concentration of the extraction step were orthogonal optimized;The results showed that the recoveries of low,medium and high standard addition levels were 66.2%~87.9%,RSD(n=6) was 2.53%~5.93%,the linear correlation coefficient was good in the range of 1~60 ng/m L(R~2=0.999 8),limit of quantization was 0.06 μg/kg,detection limit was 0.02 μg/kg.The method was simple in operation,short in time,good in accuracy and precision,low in equipment requirements,and suitable for the detection of aflatoxin B_(1in) areca nut.
