摘要
针对环形聚能装药不同于传统聚能装药的成型和侵彻规律,首先,开展了药型罩锥角、药型罩厚度、装药高度及炸高4个因素对环形聚能装药侵彻能力的影响规律的单因素分析;然后,对环形聚能装药的结构进行了多变量联合正交优化,得到了4个因素的最佳参数组合,并给出了各因素影响环形聚能装药侵彻能力的主次顺序。研究结果表明,在各因素取值范围内,药型罩锥角对侵彻深度的影响最显著,而药型罩厚度、装药高度及炸高的影响相对较小。在此基础上,对药型罩锥角进一步优化,最终优化方案的侵彻深度可达0.94倍药型罩口径,与初始方案相比,提高约43%。
The annular shaped charge is a kind of linear shaped charge with special structure,which has the characteristics of small volume,strong penetration ability,and large penetration aperture.In this paper,the single factor analysis of the influence of the cone angle of liner,the thickness of liner,the height of loading,and the height of burst on the penetration ability of the annular shaped charge is carried out by using the finite element software LS-DYNA.Then,the structure of the annular shaped charge is optimized by multi variables joint orthogonal design,and the best combination of four factors is obtained.The degree of influence of various factors on the penetration ability of annular shaped charge is given.Within the ranges of each factor,the influence of the liner cone angle on the penetration depth is very significant,while the influences of the liner thickness,the loading height,and the burst height are relatively small.On this basis,the liner cone angle is further optimized,and the penetration capability of the final optimization scheme is 43%higher than that of the initial scheme,which can reach 0.94 times of the liner diameter.
