摘要
建立一种测定食品中甜蜜素含量的高效液相色谱法。采用超纯水对样品进行提取,甜蜜素衍生化反应后通过高效液相色谱仪进行定性定量,讨论前处理对于甜蜜素回收率的影响。结果表明甜蜜素浓度在0~100μg/mL范围内,线性关系良好(R^2﹥0.9998),方法的最低检出限为0.42μg/mL,回收率为90.2%~99.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.1%~2.5%。该方法操作简便、回收率高、检测限低,可用于食品中甜蜜素含量的测定。
A method for determination of sodium cyclamate in food was established by high performance liquid chromatography. The samples were extracted with ultra-pure water, and the qualitative and quantitative analysis of sodium cyclamate derivatized reactants in food was analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography, and the effect of pre-processing of sodium cyclamate recovery in fond was discussed. Results Sodium cyclamate had a good linear relationships in the range of 0~100 μg/mL(R^2﹥0.9998) with the limits of detection was 0.42 mg/kg. The recovery was 90.2 %~99.3 % and the relative standard deviation(RSD) was 1.1 %~2.5 %. This method has great operability, high sensitivity, high recovery, low limits of detection, which is suitable for the determination of sodium cyclamate in food.
