反相高效液相色谱法测定食品中的甜蜜素 被引量:3

摘要 采用反相高效液相色谱法快速测定食品中甜蜜素,在X-terryC18柱上,以甲醇和乙酸铵水溶液(80∶20,V∶V)为流动相进行分离,通过试验得到平均回收率为97.8%,最低检出限为0.4μg/mL的理想效果。经过测定,甜蜜素在0~1.00mg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9998。 This paper determined the content of sodium cyclamate in food by Reverse High Performance Liquid Chromatograph (RHPLC), A mixed solution of methanol in the ratio of 80∶20 (by volume) was used as mobile phase, and X-terry C18 column (5 μm, 4.6 mm×150 mm) was used as the stationary phase. The results was that average recovery was 97.8%,test limit was 0.4 μg/mL. Linearity, 0~1.00 mg/mL, was obtained. Correlation coefficient was 0.999 8.
