摘要
目的:建立一种高效液相色谱法-碘柱后衍生-荧光检测器检测芝麻酱中黄曲霉毒素B_(1)含量的方法。方法:样品以甲醇∶水(7∶3)溶液提取,经QuEChERS净化后,利用高效液相色谱法-碘柱后衍生-荧光检测器检测。结果:在优化条件下,黄曲霉毒素B_(1)在0.1~50.0μg·mL^(-1),线性关系良好,r>0.999,回收率为83.2%~101.0%,RSD<8.7%。黄曲霉毒素B_(1)的检出限(LOD)为0.1μg·kg^(-1)。结论:该方法快速高效、灵敏、准确度好,且检测成本低,为芝麻酱中黄曲霉毒素B_(1)的测定提供了准确可靠的技术支撑。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of aflatoxin B_(1) in sesame paste by high performance liquid chromatography iodine post column derivatization fluorescence detector.Methods:the sample was extracted with methanol water(7∶3)solution,purified by QuEChERS,high performance liquid chromatography-iodine post column derivatization-fluorescence detector was used for detection.Results:under the optimized conditions,the linear range of aflatoxin B_(1) was~50.0μg·mL^(-1),r>0.999,the recovery was 83.2%~101.0%,RSD<8.7%.The limit of detection(LOD)of aflatoxin B_(1) was 0.1μg·kg^(-1).Conclusion:the method is rapid,efficient,sensitive,accurate and low cost,which provides an accurate and reliable technical support for the determination of aflatoxin B_(1) in sesame paste.
