摘要
选用1日龄健康岭南黄肉仔鸡420只,随机分为7个处理组,分别为基础日粮组、基础日粮+20μg/kgAFB1组、基础日粮+50μg/kgAFB1组、基础日粮+20μg/kgAFB1+0.1%解毒酶组、基础日粮+20μg/kgAFB1+0.3%解毒酶组、基础日粮+50μg/kgAFB1+0.1%解毒酶组、基础日粮+50μg/kgAFB1+0.3%解毒酶组,试验为期42d。试验结果表明:①基础日粮中加入20μg/kg和50μg/kgAFB1,肉鸡的平均出栏重、日采食量显著下降,料重比升高;血清中总蛋白、白蛋白含量显著下降,谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶活性显著升高。②在20μg/kg和50μg/kgAFB1日粮中加入饲用黄曲霉毒素解毒酶制剂,明显改善肉鸡的生长性能,血液和肝脏中AFB1残留量降低,以上相关指标基本恢复到正常水平。③饲料中黄曲霉毒素污染量为20~50μg/kg时,饲用黄曲霉毒素解毒酶制剂在饲料中适宜添加量为0.3%。由此可知,饲用黄曲霉毒素解毒酶制剂减轻或基本消除了AFB1对肉鸡生长性能、组织器官的不良影响。
Four hundred and twenty l-day-age Lingnan yellow broiler chicks were randomly divided into 7 groups: basal diet,basal diet+20μg/kg aflatoxin B 1 (AFB 1 ),basal diet+50 μg/kg AFB 1, basal diet+20μg/kg AFB 1 +0.1% aflatoxin- detoxifizyme,basal diet+20 μg/kg AFB1 +0.3% aflatoxin-detoxifizyme,basal diet+50 μg/kg AFB1 +0.1% aflatoxin- detoxifizyme,basal diet+50 μg/kg AFB1 +0.3% aflatoxin-detoxifizyme. The experiment lasted for 42 days. The results showed that: (1)growth performance of broiler fed 20 μg/kg and 50 μg/kg AFB1 were affected,final weight and average daily feed intake were significantly decreased,while F/G was increased;the contents of total protein and albumin in serum were significantly decreased,but activities of glutamic oxalacetic transaminase and glutamic pyruvic transaminase were significantly increased. (2)20 μg/kg and 50 μg/kg aflatoxin B1 added with aflatoxin-detoxifizyme improved growth performance,downgrade residual AFB1 in blood and liver and related parameters to normal levels. (3)So,we suggest that the appropriate amounts of aflatoxin-detoxifizyme in Lingnan yellow broiler diet is 0.3%. (Conclusion)As a result, aflatoxin-detoxifizyme could reduce or almost eliminate the negative effects of AFB1 on growth performance and organs of Lingnan yellow broiler chickens.
