摘要
要唤醒在校大学生职业生涯规划意识,促使学生态度、观念的转变,切实解决其职业生涯规划过程中普遍存在的重自我认知轻职业探索、重测评结果轻实践反思、重客观信息轻人职匹配、重目标设定轻实施策略的突出问题,高职院校应基于全员育人、全方位育人、全过程育人的"三全"育人理念,加强师资队伍建设,构建全员育人体系;打造生涯教育平台,实现全方位育人效果;完善课程设计开发,强化全过程育人模式,以真正提升职业生涯规划教育的实效。
In order to arouse the career planning consciousness of undergraduates,to promote the change of students'attitudes and ideas,and to solve the obvious problems existing commonly in the process of undergraduates'career planning effectively,i.e.attaching importance to self-cognition,evaluation results,objective information and goal setting,while neglecting professional exploration,practice reflection,job-person fit and implementation strategy,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures as follows:firstly,colleges should strengthen the construction of teaching staffs,and construct the whole staff education system;secondly,colleges should build a platform for career education to achieve comprehensive educational effect;finally,colleges should perfect their curriculum design and development and strengthen the mode of the whole process education,therefore,the effect of career planning education can be improved efficiently.
