摘要
习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上提出,“要坚持把立德树人作为中心环节,把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程,实现全程育人、全方位育人”。“三全”育人理念即从教育的主体、教育的载体和教育的过程对育人工作进行了科学统筹和系统实施,也对学生职业发展教育起着重要的导向性作用。为帮助学生解决“我想做什么”“我适合做什么”“我能做什么”和“社会需要什么”的矛盾与困境,本文以对外经济贸易大学英语学院职业发展中心为例,探索大学生职业发展教育的路径,完善职业发展教育方式与框架。

The concept of "Three Comprehensive Education" has carried out scientific and systematic implementation of educational work from the main body of education, the carrier of education and the process of education, and also plays an important guiding role in the education of students' career development. In order to help students solve the contradictions of "what do I want to do","what am I suitable for","what can I do" and "what are the social needs", this article takes the Career Development Center in the International Studies School of University of International Business and Economics as an example to explore the path of college students' career development education and improve the career development education mode and framework.
