摘要
探讨以就业为导向的护理教学改革。实现学校的人才培养与市场需求对接,有效地解决学生就业,是高职高专院校的主要功能。“大护理、小专业分化”的课程组织模式,具有高职高专特色的实践教学体系及“订单教育”的人才培养机制是实现高职高专院校主要功能的有效途径。
To explore employment-centered teaching reform and point out that talents cultivation at school should meet the need of market and employment of students should be stressed, which are the primary responsibilities of institutions of higher learning. It also indicates some effective methods of realizing such responsibilities of colleges including course organizing pattern of general nursing-specific classification of major, practical teaching system with unique characteristics and talents cultivation system of teaching based on employment.
