摘要
本文阐述了国内外麻醉护理发展的现状，并从培养目标、课程设置、实验室与实习基地建设、师资队伍建设、择优分化、人才培养的成效等方面，对麻醉护理专业方向人才培养模式进行了概括和总结；在此基础上，提出了麻醉护理专业方向人才培养的局限与展望。
To elaborate the status quo of anesthesia nursing at home and abroad, and to summarize experience of train objective, curriculum, building of laboratory and practice base, building of teaches, admitting the best, effect of cuhivating model, etc. And on that basis to provide localization and prospects of teaching reform.
