摘要
麻醉护士是19世纪伴随现代麻醉学的出现而产生的。在发达国家,麻醉护士已成为临床麻醉的重要参与者,其培训与认证系统都已建立并规范运行。在我国现阶段,麻醉护士承担着重要的临床工作,但其培训和管理尚无统一的标准和规范,这在一定程度上制约了麻醉护士的发展。通过对我科麻醉护士培养方式的总结和探索,初步证明这些方法对提高麻醉护士的专业能力是行之有效的。希望这些探索能够为寻找适合中国国情的麻醉护士发展之路作出贡献。
The nurse anesthetists starts as a profession after the establishment of modern anesthesiology in 19th century. Anesthesia nurses have become an important participant in clinical anesthesia in the developed countries now,and the system for training and accreditation for nurse anesthetists had been established and worked well.In recent years in China,nurse anesthetists undertake important clinical work,however,there has not been a consistent criteria and standard on training and management for nurse anesthetists.To a certain extent,it restricts the development of nurse anesthetist. Through sumarizing and exploring the training method of nurse anesthetist in our department,it could be concluded that our current methods are effective in improving professional abilities of nurses.It is hoped that this study will contribute to the development of anesthesia nurses in China.
