摘要
在一体化教学改革的大潮中,在我们技工院校也出现了的如火如荼的改革,然而很多教育工作者认为是将理论与实操相结合的教学模式就是一体化教学。笔者个人认为,不仅是理论与实操的结合,更加要强调的应该是怎样提高教学的有效性,尤其是针对技校学生现有的"玩"这个特征,如何通过教学模式让更多的学生参与到学习当中便成为了重中之重。本文主要描述了笔者学习胡格教学模式的一些心得体会,通过在教学过程中进行实践应用,有效提高了学生的参与度,在学习专业能力的基础上提升学生的非专业能力,从而达到企业用人标准的需求。
In the tide of integration of teaching reform,in the boom of our mechanic colleges have appeared in the reform,however many education workers as a teaching model of combining theory and field is the integration of teaching.Personally,I think not only is the combination of theory and field,more emphasis should be how to improve the effectiveness of teaching,especially for the technical school students"play"the characteristics of existing,how to let more students to participate in the study of teaching mode has become the top priority.This paper mainly describes some experience learning Hu Ge teaching mode,the writer through practical application in the teaching process,improve the students'participation,on the basis of learning professional ability improve the professional ability of students,so as to achieve the demand of the enterprise standard of choose and employ persons.
