摘要
本科实践性毕业论文质量是衡量应用型高校办学水平高低的重要手段。以人力资源管理专业为例,目前本科实践性毕业论文在选题的问题导向、创新性、数据收集论证、论文实用性可操作性及语言、写作规范方面还存在着一些质量问题,新建本科院校应加大"走出去,请进来"的力度、拓展校企合作基地,强化专业对口、联合授课、论文写作过程精细化管理。
The quality of practical graduation thesis is an important index to measure the level of running an applied university.Taking human resource management as an example,it discusses the current quality problems of practical graduation thesis from the topic of problem oriented,innovation,demonstration,data collection,operability,language and writing norms.It puts forward to increase"going out,and bringing in"and expand cooperation base,strengthen the professional counterparts,the joint teaching,and establish the meticulous management.
