摘要
目的探讨胃癌组织中肿瘤易感基因101(TSG101)及人类Runt相关转录因子3(RUNX3)的表达与幽门螺杆菌L型(Hp-L)感染之间的相互关系及临床意义。方法收集胃癌组织样本89份,并随机选取35份对应癌旁组织为对照组。应用免疫组化方法检测上述组织中TSG101、RUNX3的表达及Hp-L型的感染情况。结果胃癌组织TSG101、RUNX3的表达率分别为62.9%(56/89)、30.3%(27/89),Hp-L型感染率为72.0%(64/89),与对照组差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。胃癌Hp-L型阳性组中TSG101的表达高于Hp-L型阴性组,RUNX3表达低于HpL型阴性组。胃癌组织中TSG101的表达与肿瘤的分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移均有关(均<0.05),RUNX3的表达则与肿瘤的分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移及病理分期均有关(均<0.05)。结论 TSG101在胃癌组织中呈高表达,RUNX3呈低表达;Hp-L型可通过调控TSG101及RUNX3的表达参与胃癌的发生发展。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of gastric carcinoma tumor susceptibility gene 101(TSG101)and human Runt-related transcription factor 3(RUNX3)with the infection of Helicobacter pylori L-form(Hp-L)as well as the clinical significance.Methods Eighty-nine samples o f gastric cancer tissues were collected and 35 samples o f adjacent cancer tissues randomly selected as the control group.Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expressions o f TSG101 and RUNX3 and the infection o f Hp-L in these tissues.Results The expression rates of TSG101 and RUNX3 in gastric cancer tissues were 62.9%(56/89)and 30.3%(27/89),respectively;and the positive rate o f Hp-L infection was 72.0%(64/89).There was significant difference compared to the control group(P<0.05).The expression of TSG101 in gastric cancer tissues o f the Hp-L positive group was significantly higher than that of the Hp-L negative group,but the expression o f RUNX3 was significantly lower in the Hp-L positive group.The expression o f TSG101 was related to the degree of tumor differentiation,the depth o f invasion and the metastasis o f lymph nodes in gastric cancer tissues(allP<0.05);and the expression of RUNX3 was related to the degree o f tumor differentiation,the depth o f invasion,the metastasis of lymph nodes and pathological staging(a llP<0.05).Conclusion TSG101 is highly expressed in gastric carcinoma tissues,while the expression o f RUNX3 in gastric carcinoma tissues is low;Hp-L participates in the de_velopment o f gastric carcinoma by regulating the expressions o f TSG101 and RUNX3.
