摘要
在介绍原子吸收光谱检测方法原理的基础上,阐述原子吸收光谱在检测水、饮料、葡萄酒、乳制饮品中重金属元素的常用方法,展望原子吸收光谱的发展前景,为测定水制品中的重金属元素测定提供参考。
This paper,on the basis of introducing the principle of AAS,expounded the common methods to determine heavy metal element in water,beverage,wine and dairy drinks determined by AAS,and looked forward to the development prospect of AAS,in order to provide reference for determining heavy metal element in water products.
