摘要
目的原子吸收光谱法测定十全大补膏组方中药饮片及膏方中铅、镉、砷、汞和铜的含量,并分析重金属残留的来源与转移。方法以浓硝酸为消解液,微波消解十全大补膏组方中药饮片及膏方样品,采用石墨炉、氢化物发生、火焰结合原子吸收分光光度法测定消解液中铅、镉、砷、汞、铜含量。结果十全大补膏组方中药饮片及其熬制的膏滋剂中铅、镉、砷、汞、铜均在限量范围内。结论中药原料药在煎煮过程中重金属转移至提取物,需明确重金属转移率,严防中药制剂重金属超标。
Objective To determine the content of Pb,Cd,As,Hg and Cu in the Shiquan Dabu herb paste and its Chinese herbal pieces by atomic absorption spectrometry( AAS),and analyze the source and transfer of heavy metal residues. Methods Digest the paste samples was managed by microwave digestion with the concentrated nitric acid as digestion liquid. GF AAS,HAAS and FAAS was performed for the contents determination of Pb,Cd,As,Hg and Cu respectively. Results The contents of Pb,Cd,As,Hg and Cu in the Shiquan Dabu herb paste and its Chinese herbal pieces were in the limited range. Conclusion The heavy metal transfers from medicinal materials to extracts during the process of decoction. It' s necessary to analyze the transfer rate in order to prevent excessive heavy metal in Chinese medicine preparations.
